Excellent 3 nights at the Monterey Bay Inn. We hit it at the right time to see the Seals that is a one in a life time experience!!! We had great service and the staff was terrific. Thanks: Stacy, Staff and Seals

Now this place is nice. The staff is excellent. The breakfast served each morning is a treat. The fruit and pastry was different each morning. The room was great, the hot water was very hot, and the room was well stocked. The views from the room and from the upper level hot tub area are amazing. The hot tubs were each very clean. I highly recommend this establishment and will be retuning often.

We have stayed here twice. We will probably stay elsewhere next time. The staff is nice. The building and rooms could use major updates. And they should update the whole place for what they charge per night. There are two hot tubs but the fourth floor one is always occupied. Last time we went the hot tub was only a warm tub. We got the Cannery Row room and unfortunately there is no soundproofing, the balcony door doesn't even securely shut, so be prepared to hear everything going on. It is centrally located to both the aquarium on cannery row and fishermans wharf. The breakfast delivery is nice but it's hard to tell what you will get even when you order the items because they differ by the day. Like what pastry or fruit will show up. There is a small mini fridge in the room, no microwave. I think for the price the room deserves a bigger fridge space and the microwave in the room.

My husband and I have stayed with you the past two years for my birthday trip, but after this years trip we decided to book else where due to an issue with the occupant that was in room above us. We talked to front desk a few times to see if they could have someone call persons room or security to go check on them, but our issue was never resolved. We had lack of sleep the whole trip. Don't get me wrong we love the hotel and great views it has to offer and friendly front desk staff. One year we will return to stay at the hotel.
